Royal Carribean

Just came off of a cruise using Royal Caribbean cruise lines.  It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous.  One of the things that I like most is when people that I am doing business with use my name as though we are all ready acquainted.  What have your experiences been?  When do you travel next?
